Our Story

Our meals are prepared using whole, minimally processed ingredients sourced from trusted local suppliers to ensure quality, traceability, and nutrient integrity. Each meal is cooked fresh in small batches and contains no artificial colors, additives, or preservatives. Immediately after preparation, meals are blast-frozen to rapidly preserve nutritional value, food safety, texture, and flavor. This controlled freezing process helps maintain the integrity of whole ingredients while supporting consistent nutrient delivery. Our approach combines culinary standards with evidence-informed food preparation practices to provide safe, high-quality meals that support medical nutrition therapy and overall health outcomes.

How We Serve You

We are a scratch kitchen specializing in freshly prepared meals designed to support major medical conditions. Our meals are prepared daily, flash frozen to preserve quality and nutrition, and delivered directly to your home within 48 hours.

As a local provider, we offer three categories of support: Medically Tailored Meals and Medically Supportive Foods, along with convenient home delivery services throughout the week. Our offerings include:

All clients receiving our services are supported and monitored by our in-house Registered Dietitian (RD) team to ensure meals align with their health and nutrition needs.
